Naluri is AC Ventures’ first employee wellness provider

 

AC Ventures, one of the leading venture capital firms in Southeast Asia, recently launched their first wellness programme in partnership with Naluri. The programme provides AC Ventures' employees with personalised support and resources to improve their health and well-being.

To kick off the programme, Naluri Mental Health Coach Fathimah Muthahirah shared how work-life balance significantly impacts overall well-being.

Employees were then encouraged to complete the Naluri Mental Health Assessment to establish a health baseline. These private and confidential results, inclusive of risk factors for depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, are used by the Naluri coaching team to determine the best course of action.
