We want returning an item(s) to be as easy as possible for our dear customers. Our warm and friendly customer service team are available daily from 9AM – 6PM (except public holidays) to assist in every possible way.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Returns/Claims may only be requested if it falls within these conditions:
- If you receive the wrong device/order
- If your order was damaged upon arrival, excluding any cosmetic issues as stipulated.
Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, you hereby acknowledge that the device is correct and in good working order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY REFUNDS?
In any case of a refund, you will be refunded via store credits. Store credit given will be based on the total amount paid for the order, excluding any discounts used. We do not accept cash refunds at this moment.
We will process your refund within 30 business days after a confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to reject returned items that are not of the same purchased device (same IMEI with your order) and/or tampered with.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED?
All purchases are final, and we do not permit any form of exchange of the device unless you have purchased our Replace Plus service.
